Thomas R. West, C.G.A.

Tom West is a CGA and a Managing Partner of SRED Solutions Inc. Tom was with CRA for over 20 years and while at CRA held various senior positions, including SRED financial auditor, Senior Officer, Appeals Division, and Chief of Policy, Policy and Legislation Division. Tom was directly involved in drafting of federal government policies & legislation in consultation with the Department of Finance, and as a result, brings to the table a unique depth of SRED knowledge that is based on policy development.

Tom also brings an external perspective, in applying the policies in the real world. Furthermore, Tom was involved with significant litigation matters where he appeared as a representative of the Crown in providing guidance to Justice Counsel. Tom heads up the SRED policy and accounting teams within SRED Solutions Inc.

Cedric Don-Carolis, B Sc. Honors,
Electronic Engineering.

Cedric Don Carolis holds an honors degree in Engineering and is a Managing Partner of SRED Solutions Inc. Cedric has over 25 years experience in Research & Development and Manufacturing, and has worked for both large multinational companies and small companies. Cedric has held senior executive positions at the Vice President level, and has developed many products over the years, and as such, understands the process and engineering challenges associated with developing new products and incrementally improving existing products.

This real world experience coupled with a solid engineering background allows him to quickly identify the areas of the operation that technically qualifies for SRED. Cedric holds global patents, and has significant expertise in both low and high tech operations in both commercial and military applications. Cedric heads up the Technical team within SRED Solutions Inc.
